Bundeszentrum Wassergspreng
The Wassergspreng National Scout Center, an affiliate of the Austrian Scouts and Guides Association (PPÖ), is a camp and seminar center surrounded by a large outdoor site, open all year round. It ist situated in the southern area of the Wienerwald in the middle of a biosphere reserve and spans 17.000 m². Austria’s capital city Vienna can be reached easily. The nearby villages Hinterbrühl and Mödling offer various possibilities for activites and many shopping facilities.
Our Scout Center is managed exclusively by volunteers. All groups of children, young people and adults are most welcome. Here you find a wide scope for adventure, learning, living and working together.
Our two houses “The Mill” and “The Saw” offer lodging for up to 74 guests, a large lounge and several seminar rooms.
Our large camp site can accomodate up to 300 people in tents and features several cooking places, a camp fire arena and sanitary equipment.
Tiroler Pfadfinder Zentrum
We are pleased to welcome you to the Tyrolean Scout Center Igls. On our premises we offer possibilities for all events and requirements. We primarily accommodate scout groups, but we are happy to welcome all youth groups, clubs and events - whether from Austria or internationally - who want to spend an unforgettable time with us.
The Igls Scout Center has a total of 10 campsites. Each meadow has a different size and is suitable for different groups. To help you find the one that best suits your needs, here is some information about each one. We offer all campsite guests the opportunity to borrow anything important from us that doesn't fit in their backpack. This includes the following: Fire bowls, table and beer bench sets, building materials for camp structures, grates and bricks; In addition, there is a fire pit on two meadows that can be used by arrangement.
All campers can use our outdoor sanitary facilities. There is the possibility to wash dishes in 12 washbasins. There are also 8 outdoor showers. There are also 4 separate washrooms. These each consist of 2-3 toilets and a lockable shower.
The main house can accommodate a total of 73 people. On the second floor there are a total of 43 beds, divided into 7 rooms. The second floor can accommodate 30 people in 6 rooms.
