Bundeszentrum Wassergspreng
The Wassergspreng National Scout Center, an affiliate of the Austrian Scouts and Guides Association (PPÖ), is a camp and seminar center surrounded by a large outdoor site, open all year round. It ist situated in the southern area of the Wienerwald in the middle of a biosphere reserve and spans 17.000 m². Austria’s capital city Vienna can be reached easily. The nearby villages Hinterbrühl and Mödling offer various possibilities for activites and many shopping facilities.
Our Scout Center is managed exclusively by volunteers. All groups of children, young people and adults are most welcome. Here you find a wide scope for adventure, learning, living and working together.
Our two houses “The Mill” and “The Saw” offer lodging for up to 74 guests, a large lounge and several seminar rooms.
Our large camp site can accomodate up to 300 people in tents and features several cooking places, a camp fire arena and sanitary equipment.
